lasagna thoughts

Apparently, the barilla flat noodles work better if you don't want to boil the noodles ahead of time.

They hold the lasagna gunk in better too, so it doesn't all fall out onto the plate.

And when the dollar store has shredded cheese, pass it up. it doesn't melt and it turns kinda rubbery.

but who cares, right? It's LASAGNA.
