Is it REALLY that hard for people to be on the SAME page about things?

Why can't people who do the SAME THINGS do it THE SAME WAY? Especially when they're teaching someone new about the things they know?

Cripes.

I have a new position at work, and the "higher ups" have barely trained me, (mind you, when training started, I was on vacation, so I'm like, almost 2 weeks behind everyone else) so I've been doing shit WRONG. And that ANNOYS THE SHIT OUT OF ME. Grrrr. I've only been at it three days, but really, is it SO HARD to teach me the RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME so I don't have to go do it all over again? Fudgesicles and icecream.

Ugh.

I need chocolate.
